5036: Dorm Rooms and Lockers

Dorm rooms, lockers, cubbies, and other storage areas are the property of the ESU and students are permitted to use them without charge. The assignment of a locker is on a temporary basis and may be revoked at any time. ESU officials may inspect student lockers without any particularized suspicion or reasonable cause.
