Basic Testing and Assessment Program
The ESU will use a basic testing and assessment program to evaluate the outcome of the educational program and to provide information needed in working with individuals. The program will be supplemented by such individual and supplementary tests as the needs of the educational program and the ESU indicate. The program administrators and designees will coordinate the program from Kindergarten through twelfth grade to provide continuity. Teachers are prohibited from engaging in any behavior that adversely affects the validity of test scores as a measure of student achievement. Teachers should consult with relevant ESU policies and protocols for assessment administration and security.
