5030: Dating Violence
Dating violence, as that term is defined by Nebraska law, will not be tolerated by the ESU. Students who engage in dating violence on ESU grounds, in an ESU vehicle, or at an ESU activity will receive consequences consistent with the ESU’s policies.
The ESU may provide dating violence training to staff deemed appropriate by the administration and in accordance with Nebraska law, if any.
A copy of this policy shall be included in the student handbook.
