5033: Student Driving and Parking

Students who drive to the ESU and its programs are required to park their vehicles and leave them unoccupied until it is time to drive home. The speed limit on ESU property is 10 miles per hour. Students may not drive or have access to their vehicles during the program day without the express permission of their building or program administrator or the administrator.

Students are to park appropriately and in the assigned areas on ESU property. Student parking shall not be permitted in bus loading zones. When the buses are loading or unloading, all vehicles must stop and wait for the loading or unloading process to be completed.

By driving a vehicle to the ESU and parking on ESU grounds, students consent to having that vehicle searched by ESU officials if they have reasonable suspicion that such a search will reveal a violation of ESU rules or law.
