5025: Student Insurance
The ESU is not an insurer of student safety, and parents are encouraged to secure insurance covering their students’ healthcare needs, including catastrophic coverage for injuries which may be sustained while participating in program or extracurricular activities. The ESU may disseminate information about insurance plans available for purchase by parents for their students from third party vendors.
