Tim has been a educator for 38 years and has worked with technology for individuals with disabilities? as a consultant for over 28 years and with visually impaired students for 19 years. He has participated in the summer camps for blind and low vision for the past 12 years. Mr. Lockwood has taught a wide variety of academic classes over the years including Science, English, American Literature, Career Education, and Music as well as providing the best possible individual adaptive technology adaptations for his students. Mr. Lockwood has presented at many conferences in the areas of vision, technology and special education, and authored several books and journal articles. Tim received his Bachelor of Music from the University of Northern Iowa in 1979 and his Master of Science in Education from University of Nebraska, Kearney in 1999. He also attended the University of Nebraska, Lincoln and received his Teacher of the Visually Impaired Endorsement in 2007.
