4009 - Copyright Compliance
Copyrighted print, audio, video, software and other media may be reproduced only when the use of the reproduction is in compliance with the Copyright Act or when the written permission for such use by reproduction has been obtained from the copyright holder. Any employee who violates this policy will face disciplinary action up to and including the cancellation, non-renewal, or termination of the employee's employment. Any student who violates this policy will face disciplinary action up to and including expulsion, depending on the seriousness of the misconduct.
