3031 - Employment of Classified Staff

The administrator or designee shall hire classified staff to meet personnel needs consistent with the educational service unit's budget, instructional needs, and non-instructional operations. The administrator shall discipline and discharge classified staff as appropriate and in a manner consistent with board policy.
