3027 - Restrictions on Employees Receiving Gratuities

An employee who, because of his or her employment by the educational service unit, receives any bonus merchandise or gift must disclose the receipt of such gift to the administrator. The administrator, at his or her discretion, may require that the gift become the property of the educational service unit.

Employees are directed to discourage merchants from offering bonus paraphernalia and other benefits in exchange for the educational service unit's patronage.
