3019 - Professional Ethics

The Regulations and Standards for Professional Practices Criteria, commonly known as Rule 27 of the Nebraska Department of Education, are the minimum standards for all certificated staff members of the educational service unit. All certified employees are responsible for reading, understanding and complying with these standards.
