3001 - Employment of Personnel
The Administrator shall maintain an accurate staffing plan for ESU 4. Such plan will identify certified and non-certified positions determined to be necessary in order to provide requested programs. The Administrator shall make recommendations to the Board for the appointment, suspension, or dismissal of all certified employees of Educational Service Unit 4. Non-certified employees are considered at-will employees and may be appointed, suspended, or dismissed by the Administrator, who shall inform the Board of such actions. Due process shall be afforded to all ESU 4 employees.
