2016 - Employment of Board Members and Conflicts of Interest
No member of the Board ("board") of Educational Service Unit No. 4 (the "ESU") shall be employed at the ESU. Members of the board shall not receive compensation for their services but shall be reimbursed, as provided by law, for the actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties.
Members of the board shall comply with the rules and procedures set forth in the Nebraska Political Accountability and Disclosure Act in connection with employing family members, having an interest in a contract with the ESU, or otherwise having a conflict of interest with the ESU.
