2010 - Comprehensive Evaluation of Programs and Services

Educational Service Unit No. 4 (the "ESU") shall conduct a comprehensive evaluation of its programs and services at least once in every seven year period and as scheduled by the Nebraska Department of Education. The ESU may also participate in the comprehensive evaluation as identified through the AdvancEd program.

Models and Forms:
The comprehensive evaluation of programs and services shall be conducted using models and forms approved by the Department of Education.

On-site Visitation by External Team:
The comprehensive evaluation shall include an on-site visitation by an external team which shall be composed of members mutually agreed upon by the ESU administrator and the Department of Education. No member of the external team shall be employed by the ESU or by any school district served by the ESU.
